Candidate should have extensive experience in KYC, CDD, Transaction Monitoring, AML, and FATCAHas People Management experience for at least minimum of 3 yearsAccountable for team plans, resource allocation, and work processes and proceduresAct as a coach for the team members and responsible for the development of the teamFlexible to any shift scheduleCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College DegreeAt least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
