SENIOR MANAGER, Philippines Operations

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Philippines Operations is responsible for managing Philippines Operations by overseeing and collaborating with multiple teams within Client Service Delivery & Global Shared Services departments. This role is also responsible for partnering with various business leaders to develop customer service strategies, improve customer service effectiveness, drive process, quality and efficiency improvements to attain operational excellence.

Duties and responsibilities:

Collaborate with Offshore Business Partners, Leaders, Practice Leaders and Client Service Managers to identify and transition processes suitable for PhilippinesActively participate in monthly operations meeting presentations, report out KPIs, key accomplishments and improvement opportunities.Supervise, coach & manage leaders across different practices and create an office culture flourishing with Ryan values.Manage business continuity in emergencies, strategic initiatives, integrations & new process introductions to ensure Organizational successCollaborate with facilitators and other business stakeholders to seek customer feedback reports, work with them on hiring, operational and service delivery requirements.Partner with Key stakeholders in Finance, IT, Legal, HR, Learning and Real Estate functions to setup and maintain the required infrastructure, comply with Philippines statutory regulations.Responsible to prepare, forecast and administer yearly budgets allocated for Philippines Delivery Center

Education and Experience:

8 + years of experience in people & operations management

Post graduate in Business Management

Service-oriented operations management preferred

Experience in U.S Taxation domain preferred
