Finance Analyst

Job Summary:

Primarily responsible for the provision of planning and analysis of the financial performance and condition of the business units (Leisure, Real Estate, Agribusiness, Manufacturing, Foundation, Logistics).Provides management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products and services.Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures.Making estimates of new and proposed product costs.Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with budgets.Assesses the economic performance of companies and industries for firms and institutions with money to invest.Reads company financial statements and analyzes commodity prices, sales, costs, expenses, and tax rates in order to determine a company’s value and project its future earnings.Performs budget, cost, and credit analysis.

Job Qualifications:

Must have a solid background in using SAP.Must be Certified Public Accountant (CPA).Must have excellent presentation skills and willing to conduct basic training on the usage of SAP in accounting system.Preferably with experience in Banana Industry or in a Group of Companies.

Work Assignment:Davao City. Must be willing to travel to company locations in Tagum City and nearby areas.
