Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance of related fieldWith experience in public accounting, accounting advisory and technical reporting for a SEC registrant or a company that underwent the IPO process.Strong proven technical expertise in the areas of financial accounting, financial reporting, SEC reporting and financial reportingStrong communication skills including strong verbal, listening and writing skillsPrevious business development experienceExperience working for or assisting organizations through an initial public offerings
