职位描述

1. Filing of documents

2. Updating, daily monitoring, record keeping of sickness and patient record

3. Monitoring, requisition, inventory, and issuance of medicines

4. Assisting for visitors and its preparation (All Staff)

5. Assist and give First Aid to injured employees and bring them to the hospital if needed

6. Create and pot labels/signage related to Safety and Health Concern

7. Facilitate Annual Physical Examination of all employees

8. Distribution of memoranda. advisories, notices, and other documents

9. Assist Company Doctor

10. Report after assisting Doctor

11. Preparation of Medicines for Genba

12. Report after Genba Medicine Consumption

13. Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management

Qualification

• Candidate must be a graduate of BS in Nursing (BSN)

• Has a valid professional license (Passed Board/ Professional License Exam)

• With at least one (1) year of experience in a Manufacturing company is an advantage

• With BOSH Training is an advantage

• Must be Computer Literate

Willing to work at Gen. Trias, Cavite / Rosario, Cavite
