Account Manager (Technical)

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in any field of study. Information and Communication courses are a plus.With 1 to 3 years of work experience as an Account Manager, Technical Manager (Project Manager), or other relevant rolesMust have proven technical account management and/or project management skills.Familiarity in IT solutions environments or Managed Services has the advantage.

Responsibilities:

Build strong customer relationships with existing and potential new clients, stakeholders, and sponsors.Act as point of contact of accounts - Lead customer account teams in delivering proactive support services to major key accounts.Maintain and monitor SLA set between the clients and organizations.Familiarized with the scope of work agreement, handle negotiations with clients, and assure high-quality implementation.Contribute to client satisfaction by resolving customer complaints, escalation, and end-user issues promptly.Develop processes and initiate improvement plans aligned with client goals and service parameters.Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance/monitoring reports as required.Manage and plan out headcount allocation and coverage for existing and ADHOC projects.Attend meetings with client and prepare presentations necessary.-
