职位描述
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for preparing, processing, and tracking of documents from routing to approval aligned to HSE Department Records Management Procedure.
2. Responsible for plotting and consolidation of gathered HSE reports across Business Units.
3. Assist the HSE Head in the creation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports across Business Units.
4. Assisting the HSE Head, Standards Compliance Lead/Corporate PCO and SO3 Cluster Lead in terms of document management.
5. Assisting the HSE Department in the preparation and implementation of HSE Programs and initiatives.
6. Requests, control, creation, monitoring and follow up of all purchase requisitions and purchase orders related to HSE Department.
7. Manage the HSE Department office supplies.
8. Responsible in the Management of HSE Department incentive program. 9. Arranging the Department travel and accommodation aligned to company policy.
10. Process HSE Department reimbursement and liquidation
11. Conduct HSE Training for the newly hired
12. Assist in the review of HSE documents
13. Custodian of HSE Department equipment
14. Follow-up and monitoring of reports and correction/ corrective actions related to HSE Audits, AIRs and NOVs.
15. 5’S champ lead
16. Metrics Scorecard Monitoring and Follow Through
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any 4-year degree course
• At least 2 years working experience in a Warehousing logistics-based operation, freight, or Retails.
• document management
• Technical writing
• Computer literate with advance intermediate
• documented Information based on ISO 9001:2015
• Safety Training
• Attended the Train the Trainer
