Product Manager (IT Sales)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Present and evangelize TIM’s network portfolio to customers and partners. This may include presenting in events.Work with marketing to develop programs and campaigns that will accelerate revenue generation efforts.Create cost models for pricing promos and seasonal promos.Maintain relationships with existing cloud product partners, including creating special commercial models for TIM customers.Work closely with cross-functional teams such as operations, sales, pre-sales, marketing, and management to define, design and execute plans.Augment relationship management with key customers and channel partners.Closely coordinate with sales channels to meet revenue targets.Closely coordinate with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Understand key customer problems and requirement development to inform product road mapping.

Qualifications:

·      Education:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Public relations, or equivalent

·      Experience:

Must have an experience in managing a product life cycle, cost and revenue modeling preferred.

·      Skills & Competencies:

Job Skills: Teamwork skills, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, communication skills, customer service skillsTechnology/Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications, especially ExcelMust be able to take feedback constructively and create an action plan from feedback.Must have strong sense of urgency, and eagerness to be productive.Must have interest in technology and mathematics strongly preferred.
