DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Database management (handling all customer data for outbound messaging)Email and SMS marketing (Content creation and execution)Community management (email, viber and other messaging platforms)OOH management (printed and digital, ensuring vendor/partner support)Growth Hacking – SEM (search engine optimization tied in to email/sms marketing)Youtube content management (content creation and execution in coordination with agencies)Social media live events (content creation and execution in coordination with agencies)
