DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the creation of Roles and Responsibilities, Routines and Work Instructions for all levels of the Operation team making sure they are linked directly to the site ObjectivesSupport leadership team in cascading corresponding R&Rs to personnelSupport the implementation of OMS on site and train the leadership to understand the 4 principles and elements of OMSSupport and coach operations team to use the report for planning and use of OMS cubeEngage leadership team on process standardizationConduct Site Induction and OMS FoundationConduct yearly refresher of 9 ES moduleConduct OMS Site Management Workshop to LTsSupport the Team on audit preparationSupport operations on lighthouse preparationSupport the team in the implementation of improvement actionsSupport on implementation of Recognition ProgramImplement PD board and briefing using correct dataTrain Leadership team with First Choice and Basic FC tools
