Billing Team Leader - Alabang

Job Responsibilities:Responsible in preparation of on-time, accurate and complete billing to clients. She/he is also responsible in all billing related concerns of client.Validates daily encoded transactions.Preparation of Billing Invoices.Monitoring of Billing invoices.Monitoring of billed and unbilled transactions.Handles the reconciliation of outstanding Accounts receivable of the account.Handles the disposition and resolution of returned billings.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any business related course.Relevant work experience in a logistic/transport/mail solutions environment.Interpersonal communication skills, problem solving, teamwork and IT skills.Essential to have good numerical skills and understanding of statistics.Must possess verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in MS Windows Programs.
