Job Qualifications:

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any Business courseMust be willing to work in GAPAN, NUEVA ECIJAWith at least 2 years of experience as an HEAD CASHIER in the retail industryStrong leadership and customer management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:

Ensures that all cashiers and baggers are properly trained and knowledgeable of all standard work procedures required in the performance of their respective functionsEnsures smooth flow of transactions, especially during peak hours and volume transactionsEnsures adequate manpower in the checkout terminals, customer service & package counter at any given timeEnsures adequate change funds and coins for all cashiersEnsures all cashier shortages are accounted for and collected in time from the concerned cashierCoordinates with accounting department/technical support IT for any problems encountered during operation of the POS machines, bank terminals, or other credit card-related transactionsImplements security control measures at all timesChecks Daily Deposit Report (DDR) against all supporting documents before endorsing to Store ManagerAccounts sales invoice and cash receipts issued and on hand/returnedOther tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior
