Field Audit Officer

Job Qualifications:

Candidates must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Financial/Managerial Accounting, or Accounting TechnologyMust be willing to be assigned in Mapulang Lupa, Valenzuela CityWilling to do FIELDWORKWith at least 2 years of working experience in the retail industryWith strong analytical, verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsWith sound independent judgment, trustworthy, professional, and able to work independentlyMust be reliable, result-oriented, keen on details, and can work under pressure with minimum supervision

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare audit programs, conducts verifications, and necessary audit procedures to attain its objectivesPerforms audit procedures based on audit programs and instructions for the audit area assignedExecuted necessary audit techniques based on Audit Program Guide to gather the audit evidence on items under auditAttend entrance and exit conferences for auditsInventory of stock items in branches and head office including reconciliation worksPrepare variance report based on an actual physical inventory conducted for store justificationCareful analysis of inventory variance as a result of conducted physical inventory, recommend adjustment, and updates of the system on handEnsure that working papers are completely and properly indexed and cross-referred to facilitate the reviewPrepares audit reports with risk, comments, action plan and corrective & preventive recommendations for reviewFormulates policies and Standard Operating Procedures to strengthen internal controlOther tasks which may be assigned by the management
