Audit Senior Associate (Urgent!)

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of BS AccountancyCPA is preferred but Non-CPA are also welcomeMust have 2 years of Accounting and Audit experienceMust be familiar with Accounting principles and Audit Standards

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead an engagement and ensure team delivers timely and high quality work in line with Global Team expectationsDemonstrate strong understanding of GAM while performing reviews of proceduresDevelop and maintain productive relationships with key EY Global counterpartsDevelop and understanding of EY Quality and Risk Management procedures and ensure these are embedded into the engagement team's workProactively discuss workflow management with Assurance teams, allocating resources to the assigned work and monitoring performance against standards.Monitor utilization for one's team, budget to actuals and other operational mattersDemonstrate professionalism, competence and clarity of communication when dealing with GDS and Global teams and expectations of value to be delivered to the respective GDS Global teams
