Data Entry Services (open to fresh grads or with bank experience)

Overview / General Accountability

Static Data Management that includes Core, Customer, Account, Financial Market Instruments, Books, Counterparties, Fixed Income DVP /confirm/iations, SSI set-up, Data Cleansing and administration of Legal/Master documentation such as ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, CSA etc.

Specific Responsibilities

Responsible for the set-up/ updates (maker function) of various Financial Market Instruments, Books, Fixed Income DVP, Data Cleansing, Counterparties including Customer, Core and Account static data set-up and maintenances in various front and back-office systems.Responsible for the administration of the legal documentation that is required for financial markets trading.Responsible for the correct, complete and timely processing of requests in adherence to defined SLA and KPI/KRI.Provides prompt response to inquiries and requests.Solves routine problems by using standard proceduresMaintenance of all statistical reports and other MIS per schedulePerforms UAT and other systems testing requirementsProvides back-up support to other staff who is/are out of officePerforms BCP testingAttends and completes all mandatory and developmental trainings assignedAdjusts work/shift schedule where business needs are at stakeAdheres to bank policies and other compliance requirementsPerforms other assignments as delegated by the supervisor and department head
