The Management Training Program (MTP) is a one-year extensive development course for talented individuals who have the potential to take on leadership roles. The program provides training on the major areas of banking: Digital Banking, Treasury, Trust, Wealth Management, Corporate and Consumer Banking, Institutional Banking, Branch Banking, and Cash Management. Our senior officers mentor Management Trainees to ensure they acquire the necessary knowledge and skills in operations, sales, marketing, in preparation for their assignment as future officers of China Bank.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Graduate of any business-related courses or Information Technology.Graduated with Latin Honors or with completed masters degree (MBA).With excellent communication and interpersonal skills.With keen interest in establishing a career in the banking industry.
