VETERINARY RESIDENCY PROGRAM DEscriptION

1ST YEAR

-Standard lecture and training

-Skill Set training

-Proper Skills evaluation

-Earn Continuing education points through webinars

-Attend local conventions and exclusive seminars

-Regularly involved in animal welfare-related missions like spay and neuter campaigns.

2ND YEAR

-Distance learning for a specific field of interest

-Continued local training and skills enhancement

-Minor Surgical procedures with minimal supervision

-Assist major Surgeries

-Attend confrerences abroad

3RD YEAR

-Continued local training and skills enhancement.

-Minor Surgeries are done independently

-Enrolled in online distance courses in their specific field of interest

-Possible observership in various clinics outside the country.

-More conferences abroad.

4TH YEAR

-Culmination of the residency program.

-evaluation of skills.

-Accrediatation as Cosultant.

-Possible awarding of partnership to a premium health care facility.
