YOUR ROLEResponsible for generating International Packaging Specification (IPAS) data and executing master data clean up as required by the business Responsible for ensuring that IPAS data are free from inconsistencies / errors; Mitigating any findings on a timely basisResponsible for various coordination in gathering the information needed for IPAS corrections/adjustments; Include setting up meetings, sending queries/clarifications to relevant parties, and communication with supplier for gathering related IPAS informationResponsible for setting up measures to avoid recurrence of inconsistent/incorrect data maintenance in the systemResponsible for providing project progress report to the Project Team on a regular basis YOUR SKILLSGraduate of Bachelor's Degree in any fieldMust have at least one (1) year related work experience in a Plant Manufacturing set-up with background in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Packaging, Product PalletizationKnowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required; SAP MM (Materials Management) experience is highly preferredHas an excellent command of both spoken and written English; Must be a team player with good skills in time management, analysis, and had great attention to detailsMust be amenable to accept a 1-year project-based position and report on a mid-shift (1:00PM ~ 10:00PM PHT)
