Business Planning & Development Specialist (Head Office)

The Business Planning & Development Specialist under documentation & Closing Group assists in the completion and monitoring of documentary requirements and disbursement of payments on the acquisition of land properties. He/she also coordinates with various internal and external customers to resolve legal and technical issues of the property.DUTIES AND RESPonSIBILITIESCompletion of standard documents of properties approved by the Family Board (e.g titles, tax declarations, offer to sell, authority to sell, etc.).Coordination with brokers / sellers for the requirements (e.g. checklist, meetings).Coordination with different departments (e.g. Accounting and Treasury for fund requirements, Legal for due diligence, Taxes for tax issues, PD for the project design requirement).Coordination with VRT surveyors and land conversion consultants.Facilitation of legal documents such as Earnest Money Agreement, Memorandum of Agreement or Deed of Absolute Sale (e.g. review of document by Legal prior to endorsement to sellers).Coordination with Land Bank Management Unit for the physical turnover of property.JOB QUALIFICATIonSGraduate of Business Management / Economics / Entrepreneurship / FinanceAt least two (2) years experience in business developmentKnowledge on real-estate is an advantage;Good oral and written communication skills;Detail-oriented and organized;Proficient in MS Office Applications especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
