Corporate Planning Analyst

Overall Responsibility

The Corporate Planning Analyst is responsible in assisting the implementation of plans and programs of the business units by closely coordinating with various parties, assisting the SBUs and SSUs of MSL in the consolidation of report for Annual Budget, Strategic Plans and Board Materials and monitoring of approved scheduled activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assists in the smooth conduct of Board meetings and planning and monitoring meetings with the various SBUs and SSUs of MSL.Consolidates, reviews and analyzes the consolidated Board Materials, Strategic Plans and Annual Budgets, in coordination with SBUs and SSUs.Researches macro-economic statistics for Budget Assumptions.Prepares the General Budget Assumptions.Prepares the guidelines for Strategic Planning and Annual Budgets.Sets schedule for activities for Strategic Plans and Annual Budgets.Monitors the implementation of approved Strategic Plans and Annual Budgets.Provides support regarding research, data collection, statistical analysis and performance reporting as required.Works within the agreed time frames to ensure all deliverable are met including the collection and interpretation of data.Maintains the Corporate Planning database.

Education

Graduate of 4-years baccalaureate course.Bachelor of Science in Economics or related course

Experience

One (1) year experience in the field of shipping and logistics.
