Verification and keying of client’s documents into accounting systemAssist in bank reconciliationAssist in quarterly GST/VAT submissionAssist in month-end / year-end closingsPrepare short financial analysis write up on clients’ accounts

Software skills

MS offices, excel and words is a mustExperience in Quickbooks online and/or Xero will be preferredEnglish speaking

Meticulous, organized, and willing to learn new skills.

Working hours

Standard hours are 9 - 6 Manila time
