Technical Sales Specialist

We are searching for a driven technical sales specialist to join our dynamic team. The technical sales specialist should have a clear understanding of laboratory analytical instrumentation and the ability to do product demonstrations. The responsibilities will include promotion of the products, consultative selling, product discussion/presentation and recommending the most cost-efficient solution. Represent the company in regional technical meetings and submit reports in a timely manner.

To be a successful technical sales specialist, you should be able to develop an excellent rapport with your existing customers and develop new clients in your assigned territory.

Technical Sales Specialist Responsibilities:

Satisfying the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate productsFollowing up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.Keeping close communication with the product specialists and other support groupsSubmission of proposalsEnsuring that sales targets are consistently metUpdating CRM

Technical Sales Representative Requirements:

Chemistry/Chemical Engineer/Biology/Material Science graduateStrong knowledge of analytical laboratory instrumentationAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectivelyGood presentation and interpersonal skillsAbility to do prospecting, cold calls and follow up leadsExcellent sense of customer service/supportMust be willing to do field work, loves travelling
