Loan Specialist (Australian Mortgage)

We are an Australian-operated BPO located in Kawit, Cavite. We are looking for a loan processor/lending support/loan specialist who will assist our Australian brokers with loan processing tasks (specifically buying and servicing/pre-assessment).

This position is full-time, onsite work in Kawit, Cavite with a day shift schedule.

 Qualifications:

Bachelor's/College Degree in any fieldWith at least 2 years of experience in banking or lendingKnowledge of banking or lending operations, banking products, and reporting analyticsMortgage/lending/banking background experience required (a plus if Australian mortgage lending)Work experience in a customer service oriented role, as this role will heavily involve speaking and assisting customers with their financial needsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to multitask Excellent client service skills

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Review loan application forms and evaluate loan application.Verify and check the validity and authenticity of loan application document attachmentsEnsure that all loan applications meet the requirement.Conduct of "Know Your Customer" and loans underwriting.Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers by pre-assessing their home loan applications to ensure they meet the minimum requirements.Follow up with clients on any lending requirements or missing documentation.Assist with the request of the Brokers and translate business requirements into technical requirements by explaining/presenting results clearly.Make sure to do accurate, complete and timely loan report preparation and submission.
