Delivers output and input KPIsLeads Distributor Managers in Mindanao in developing and executing distributor strategies and projects to achieve targetsEnsures healthy profitability of distributors in MindanaoDelivers growth per region, channel and chainsQualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any fieldWith at least 5 years of General Trade sales experience in FMCG industryWith extensive background and expertise in Distributor ManagementHandled multiple Distributors and Major AccountsWith experience in consumer and trade promotionsWith basic P&L KnowledgePossess strong leadership abilities
