Online Sales Supervisor / E-Commerce Supervisor

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): Familiar with basic internet-related functions such as Browser-based software Chat functions Social Media (like Viber, Messenger or Facebook) EmailKnowledge of how to use Excel including basic formulas Sum Average Vlookup

Responsibilities:

Perform one or more of various office-based functions related to the company’s online sales operations assigned by his / her headConducts Inventory Stocks Monitoring and Purchase Order.Regular online engagement with Customers through online channels.Management of site content and product details.Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.Answers online inquiries such as Browser-based software Chat functions, Social Media (like Viber, Messenger or Facebook) EmailWith experience in uploading and selling items at LAZADA, SHOPEE, CAROUSEL and other online selling platform.Monitor and oversee all online - related activities on all platformsCoordinate with other departments on promotions and other products to featureClosely monitor and attend to all online platforms on customer concerns, questions and complaintsEnsure that online Sales Staff are fully equipped on product knowledge especially on how to operate machines so as to be able to assist client inquiries as wellSupervise team members, monitors and oversees the work activities of all online Staff.
