Checks pre-alert / advance copy of shipping documents for client (Clark) air and sea shipments.Follow-up origin station and / or other consolidators in case of unavailability of advance documents.Prints & photocopies advance copy of shipping documents.Checks completeness & correctness of shipping documents.Forwards advance copy of shipping documents to subcon broker for EIP application & documentation. Ensures that the advance copy and / or original copy was received by subcon broker whether under KWE or outside consolidation.Monitors/checks arrival of air shipments from airlines. For sea shipments, coordinate with Seafreight on the arrival status from time to time.Requests subcon broker to pick-up original shipping documents from other consolidators where KWE is the nominated customs broker and ensures that the advance copy and / or original copy are received by subcon broker whether under KWE or outside consolidation.Requests for inclusion of items not included in the consignee’s LOI and to request for approval of regulated/controlled items.       Encodes shipping details on the Request for Release for client (Clark) air shipments (through I-LOG) that are scheduled either for Frontdoor or Backdoor Release depends on the flights arrival and forward such copy to RTD and subcon broker.Sends various internal reports for client. These are the List of client shipments for billing by client's billing team, List of Original documents for Transmittal.Updates OBMR.Updates the Irregularities in RFR.Receives/checks subcon broker’s billings. Transmits original AWB/billing docs to client's billing team.Receives the set of original docs from break bulk team.Responds to various inquiries regarding client's shipments by phone and e-mail.Ensure to follow SOP for handling client's shipments
