QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s Degree in any fieldAt least with 3-5 years of working experience in the related fieldKnowledge on import and EXPORT is a MUSTKnowledge on LCL and FCL is a MUSTExtensive Experience in import Manifestation is an advantageExperience in NVOCC/ Shipping/ Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Freight Forwarding industry is a MUSTOutstanding knowledge on MS Office; such a Word, Excel and PresentationStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningFamiliarity with CRM systems and practicesCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of charactersExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Highly motivated, organizational and time management skillsWilling to be assigned in Pasay City

Consol documentation - creates Draft BL and submit FSI to CarrierGenerate Billing Invoice for ShippersGenerate DN for Counterparts/AgentsSend Pre-alertsFollow up cargo delivery to ShippersCoordinates to Warehouse on cargo receiving and deliverySend Warehouse Receiving Tally Sheet to ShipperUpdate Loading SequenceCheck DG and NON DG inquiry to CarriersAdvise CS Team on Carrier's requirement on DG shipmentsSend Pre-adviseBook to TABSConsol PlanningCoordinates to Warehouse on Consol loadingBook to Carriers for the Authority To Withdraw (ATW)Check and requests vessel schedule to CarriersCoordinates pull out of Containers to Truck HaulersCoordinate and provide the required necessary details of shipments to Shippers and Counteragents
