Procurement/Rates Analyst

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must be least a Bachelor's Degree in any fieldAt least with 3-5 years of working experience in the related fieldOutstanding knowledge on MS Office; such a Word, Excel and PresentationFamiliarity with CRM systems and practicesCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of charactersAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyHighly motivated, organizational and time management skillsStrong mathematic skills; comfortable analyzing large amounts of data/ excel and formulaKnowledge on import and EXPORT is an ADVANTAGEKnowledge on LCL and FCL is an ADVANTAGEExperience in NVOCC/ Shipping/ Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Freight Forwarding industry is an ADVANTAGEWilling to be assigned in Pasay City

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Experienced in strategy development of competitive rates for specific trade lanes. Strong financial analytical skills with experience in performing quantitative statistical analysis, simulation models, and mathematical models.Proficient in the use of analytical techniques such as statistical probability distribution, correlation, data sampling and relating sets of numbers

Securing Best applicable Rate proposals / requests for all shipmentsTimely Update of Tariff and Direct Cost sheetInitiate meeting schedules with Carriers
