Credit Analyst | Makati

This position is primarily responsible for determining the credit worthiness of bank client applying for loan. The position is also responsible for loan analysis, preparation of credit analysis and credit risk rating on loans to be presented to the Credit Committee and/or Board of Directors and performance of the annual credit reviews.

A. Credit Analysis

Renders sound credit recommendation in accordance with the bank and regulatory standardsConducts comprehensive analysis of financial statements to assess credit proposal, and annual due diligence of existing accounts.Conducts financial evaluation and prepares re-casted financial statements as needed for a more thorough evaluation of the accounts.Ensures that all credit files are complete, identifies any documentation deficiencies.Reviews loan files to ensure quality, consistency and compliance with lending guidelines.Assess’ creditworthiness of existing and prospective clients.

B. Credit Risk Management

Recommends risk rating changes when all documents are validated.Offers credit facilities appropriate for the business requirements and the bank’s risk appetite in alignment to the bank standards.Prepares scorecards that will determine the loan’s risk rating.Validates accounts security to ensure the comprehensive assessment of the account.evaluates inherent risks and opportunities that the company may be able to undertake.Recommends the appropriate security level, loan terms, and condition

Qualifications:

Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, Business, Economics or any related fields.Must have at least (3) three years experience in credit or financial statement analysis of corporate or SME accounts from banks or financial institutions, credit risk evaluation, leasing business, financial statement evaluationKnowledge on credit evaluation and analysis, bank operations, BSP rules and regulations is required in this position.Willing to work in Makati City
