Credit Evaluation Associate | Cavite

The position is primarily responsible for overall creditworthiness evaluation of borrowers based on 5Cs and preparation of credit approval memorandum or checklist. The position is also responsible for ensuring that all data on documents are validated prior to recommendation for approval.

Responsibilities:

Credit evaluation

Performs credit evaluation of various for all loan product applications (Salary, Microfinance, Home Loan Direct & DevGen, AOR, Jewelry, Teachers, Back-to-Back)Verifies and reviews results of the credit investigation and appraisal reports which will be the basis for loan recommendation or disapprovalEnsures loan applications are in compliance with the credit and underwriting policiesEnsures all submitted financial docs information are validated and comprehensiveEnsures all renewal accts are validated such as loan history, repayment rate, and other accounting and collection matters prior to recommend for approvalPrepares credit approval memorandum (CAM) of loan borrower including cash flow and financial analysisEnsures all terms and conditions & any exceptions are indicated in CAMEnsures all approved/declined/deferred/returned applications are well endorsed / coordinated to Sales team & Loan documentation team

Other Task:

Responds to queries on status of the application and loan processMakes recommendations on matters pertinent to business operations and other related activitiesPerforms other related duties as assigned and contribute to operational excellencePeriodically reviews policies and processes and provides recommendations to Credit evaluation Section Head to address improvement areasKeep other concerned units informed of policy changes/process improvements

Requirements:

Graduate of any four year business courseAt least one (1) year of work related experienceWith knowledge of Credit Analysis and evaluationWilling to work in Bacoor, Cavite
