Scope

accountable in online sales management, website management and Digital project management.manage the day-to-day activity on the website and its overall performance to achieve goals like improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales.Managing website development with external vendor and internal IT team, working with cross function colleague to ensure product, content and order processing are accurate on e-commerce platform.Manage day-to-day operation on e-Commerce websites and related digital sales portals.Work closely with different teams (Marketing, Sales, Pricing, IT, Customer Services and Supply Chain) to ensure all content, product and sales order are accurately process on e-Commerce platforms.Work closely with Marketing team in areas of Digital Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Social Media.Monitors front-end and back-end of e-Commerce platform to ensure all functions are working properly and effectively.Manage project and tasks related ERP with internal IT and external vendor
