Credit & Collection - Makati City | RKR

Responsibilities:

To handle the end-to-end process of service billings (FSP/ISM)Follow up a collection for the assigned customers thru emails and phone calls.Prepare collection schedule/checks for pick up to be assigned to collectors.Conduct account reconciliation of old invoices of service billings.Coordinate concerns of customers to Sales, Customer Service, and/or Billing team for action.Invoice countering (retrieval of invoices and service reports and other requirements from customers).Other C&C tasks to be assigned by C&C Lead
