Legal and Compliance Officer: BDO Network Bank - Davao City

Job Mandate:

Primary responsible for the accurate, timely and organization of all various corporate services functions such as recording and safekeeping of corporate documents as well as the Intra Stock Exchange System Processes. He/she shall exercise such other powers and perform other duties as are prescribed from time to time by the Corporate Secretary and the Legal Services Unit Head.

Graduate of any 4-year courseWith background in corporate record keeping and documentationAdequate knowledge in bank operations, organizing and filing of documents.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and keen attention to detail.Must be a resident of or willing to be based in Davao City.
