Classroom Teacher (Remote)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Offer systems support and guidance to the hubs and families.Inform superiors on related news, updates, and examination schedules.Prepare plans, evaluate program/s and/or support plans for the school year ahead.Recommend access on other support systems.Research and develop lesson plans, visual aids, activities, etc.,for teaching students.Assess, evaluate, and process the grades of students on time.Lead and manage flexible learning platforms on face-to-face interaction, including the use of online curriculumHandle group classes in an online application or other online class platforms.Set the tone of discipline and decorum in and out of the class.Assist students in learning knowledge, skills, and attitudes.Encode students’ grades into the online Grading System or Excel sheet to accomplish report cards; observe and record each child’s development.Update parents on the students’ academic, social, and behavioral progress.Plan and implement events and help in the preparation of other school activities and promotions as required by the administration.Submit work-related projects, requests, reports, and liquidations on time.Be assigned and be re-assigned to the different sections/departments of the organization according to the need and teaching assignment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Licensed or college degree holder in the course of education field major in Elementary or Secondary EducationExperienced educator for at least 1-year and has background in homeschooling is an advantage-
