Classroom Teacher

Duties and Responsibilities:

Research and develop lesson plans, visual aids, activities, etc., for teaching subjects to the students.Meet with the students on a daily basis.Assess, evaluate, and process the outputs of students on time.Lead and manage flexible learning platforms.Handle group classes face-to-face on campus/satellite.Manage the classroom by ensuring student safety and learning conduciveness.Set the tone of discipline and decorum in and out of the class.Assist and challenge students in learning knowledge, skills, and attitudes.Score student’s output; observe and record each child’s development. Provide progress reports and meet with parents as needed.Update and partner with parents on the students’ academic, social, and behavioral progress.Take an active part in team planning sessions with the Program Manager/Principal to prepare and update the curriculum.Submit requests for work-related projects, reports, and expenses on time.Attend and participate in meetings as requested.Serve as substitute teacher as needed.Plan, lead, coordinate and execute well any assigned school-related projects.Be assigned and re-assigned to the different sections/departments of the school according to the need and teaching assignment.Offer related support services needed or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

BS Elementary Education or any related courseLicensed teacherMust have teaching experience for at least 1 yearKeen to detailsExcellent verbal and written English commandWorks well with childrenTeam playerWilling to work onsite (Pasig)-
