Sales Assistant (Open for Fresh Graduates)

Responsibilites:

Answers calls and transfers to respective Sales.Attend to clients’ inquiries, issues and concerns when the assigned Sales are not around.Offer or sell all products of the company to the given accounts.Do credit memo.Fill up forms – sales order cancellation, sales return pullout or pre-deliver, pick list cancellation.Do sell out/program rebates.Does photocopy, scan or print needed documents.Attends and assist clients in an event.Process and monitor consignments.

Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Entrepreneurship / Commerce / Business related coursesWith experience in selling computer gadgets and electronic devicesProficient in MS Office (Excel is a must)With excellent communication skills both oral and writtenHas good selling/negotiating skills, and must be willing to do field workFresh Graduates are welcome to applyAmenable to work in Quezon City
