Supply Chain and Project admin Assistant

Scope of Work:

Process purchase orders, invoices, billing shipment in a timely and accurately in compliance with the company SOP.

Monitor PO receipt to delivery based on OTD standards.Execute properly and timely all special allocations and instructions from other functional departments and customersAttend to delivery and PO related issues of other functional departments.Deliver assigned reports and projects.Consolidate product data, contents and materials from different sources and organize through the Product Library online databaseUpdate and maintain Product Library contents and reference materialsConduct monthly data entry of Write Off monitoring reports from factories to an online databaseCreation of material codes (SKU) in SAP and HANA.Coordination with corresponding FEL manager/ Brand Manager on SKU details, if any. • Update on Material Status monthly in SAPGeneration of Master Data reports as needed.
