Premier Customer Care Representative - for Clark Pampanga Office

Responsibilities:In this role, you will support Sales Professionals  delivering FedEx excellent quality of service to our key account customers to offer daily shipping needs, problem resolutions and resolve customer complaints with the objective to achieve customer satisfaction and retain customers.Requirements:1. Possession of at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.2. Two (2) years' experience in customer services &/or sales.3. Able to work in a high-paced and time-sensitive environment.4. Able to convey information effectively, verbally and in writing.5. Able to gather and compile information from computer sources and/or people.6. Able to use various sources of information to resolve problems.7. Able to analyse information to resolve issues.8. Able to communicate clearly in both verbal and written forms and fluent in written and spoken English.9. Has practical knowledge in using Microsoft Office10. Willing to work or be assign on a 24/7 rotational shift, including holidays and/or rest days.
