Educational Requirement

Must Have: Bachelor’s Degree

Good to Have: MBA Degree

Skills and Work Experience

Must Have:

·      With MBA: 6+ years of relevant experience (4 years of consulting experience)

·      Without MBA: 10+ years of relevant experience (6 years Consulting experience)

·      Experience working with “C level” executive clients, with extensive experience in projects in which the primary stakeholder was the CEO; Chief Strategy Officer

·      Consulting experience with exposure to Operating Model Transformation

·      Keywords: Help transform business models, Change Management (but not HR), Organizational/finance transformation, Operating Model Redesign, Process improvement, process re-imagination, build center of excellence of organizations

·      only internal consulting required

Good to Have:

·      Finance related certifications such as CFA/CPA

Reporting Structure

·     Reporting Line: Managing Director / Senior Manager

·      Direct Reports: Max of 4 consists of Analyst & Consultant

Additional Information for the role

·     Temporary WFH Setup

·      Regular dayshift
