Field Sales Specialist | SB Finance (General Santos)

The Role

As Field Sales Specialist you are responsible to attract new clients, winning new accounts, and maximizing profitability within your sales territory. Also, you will work with prospects through the entire sales cycle, including developing new leads, educating prospects, and turning interested shoppers into long-term customers.

Close new deals at a high rateBuild relationships with existing customersCultivate new leads within the sales territoryTravel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basisManage multiple accounts simultaneously Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accountsRepresent the brand during all customer and prospect interactionsEducate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionallyMonitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or any related fieldAt least 6 months experience in doing field sales and good in hitting sales quotaGood written and verbal communication skillsCompetitive attitude and sharp sales chopsProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)Can work with minimal supervisionExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
