Franchise Relations Officer

Primary business contacts for the client & is responsible for client satisfaction.Provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.Build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.Handle customer feedback and resolution in the assigned storesResponsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.Communicate the client’s goals and represent the client’s interests to the teamManages multiple store units, preferably foodservice businessConducts post store opening functions such as flow ups and franchise coordinationProvides regular two-way communication between client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.Prepares detailed reports required by the company about the client’s data and all concerns.Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicating all offerings to the client to company practices, as well as the terms and conditions indicated in the franchise agreement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, communications, or related field.Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsAdaptability and strong problem-solving skills.Extensive, accurate product knowledge
