Plan, lead, organize and control personnel and resources in the pharma operations department to achieve the company’s monthly and annual business objectives, both revenues and fulfillment sidesResponsible in the P&L of the PharmaciesStudy and recommend the glide path of the development, growth, and expansion of the Pharma in the healthcare spacePlan and execute the implementation of demand creation and supply activities with the Commercial TeamLeads direct reports

Skills and Qualifications

Knowledgeable in the e-commerce, retails sales operations, business development, marketing and salesGraduate of Business-related course or equivalent/ post-graduate degree in business is an advantageAt least 10 years’ experience in area operations and business development from a pharma retail environmentGood communication and presentation skillsStrong organizational and negotiation skillsSocial media skills and affinity is an advantageAble to work under pressureKnowledgeable on MS and Google Applications
