We’re on the lookout for new Teammates who can take on the role of an Executive Assistant. Familiarity in US Culture—specifically the City of Angels, Los Angeles, can be a major advantage for this position.
Let’s take a deep dive into your daily routine!
Your daily tasks include but are not limited to the following:
Providing customer satisfaction and experience Meeting and exceeding client-mandated KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) Participating in training to improve work performanceFollowing TaskUs’ policies and keeping information confidentialWhat makes a #RidiculouslyGood Executive Assistant?
At least 1 Year in a Customer Facing industryBackground in Hospitality, Office Administration, and Events management is a plus!You should have exceptional Communication Skills—both in written and verbal.
