ROLE PURPOSE:

Our Store Cashier for LOOK at Me Store is mainly responsible for counter transactions of the physical store. Reporting to the Team Leader – Client Support,this position efficiently process customer transactions at the counter

This role focuses on:

Contributing to branch CTD sales by actively promoting the services.Applying customer service standards in interactions with customers.Informing customers of new and existing promotions that may be availed for his/her transactions(i.e., return policies, data privacy policy)Executing policies and procedures related to POS Transactions(i.e., Retalix)Adapting to change in processing that may be due to change in customer's decision. (i.e., cancelled transactions, change in mode of payments).Providing security control measuresthrough proper documentation of the sales transactionsCommunicating and supporting team members to deliver customers' items and achieve targets.Ensuring satisfaction of customer through knowledge of the different products.

Success will depend on:

Ability to understand basic information on retail operationsto deliver the desired resultsNumerically minded ; can consistently and effectively follow and implement applicable processes on retail operating standards(i.e., Cashiering)Can identify gaps and impact of non-compliance and implement corrective measures (i.e., Cashiering Standards)Can effectively converse and engage with customers and anticipate their needsCan handle, assist customer needs, inquiries and offer relevant in-store service

ATTRIBUTES:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Marketing or equivalent.Required skill(s): Communication, Customer Service, Sales, Retail, CashieringApplicants must be willing to work in SM Aura Taguig City
