Paralegal / Legal Associate

about THE POSITIonResponsible for monitoring and performing all legal affairs activities within his/her assigned area of expertise. The main responsibility is to do everything within his/her scope of power to keep J&T Express operations out of legal trouble.Gathers and arranges evidence and other legal documents for case preparation.Conducts research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles.Initiates inquiries to resolve errors, delays, or other legal related problems in regional areas and recommends courses of action and mitigate risks as much as possible.Briefs staff in each region/area on legal issues, using oral or written platforms, potential liabilities and possible courses of actions should legal problems arise with proper consultation with the legal counsel.Coordinates any action, suit or proceeding between among the parties in connection with any disagreements, disputes, controversies and claims arising to a certain agreement.Files (liaises) case related papers at appropriate regulatory bodies.Performs other functions that may be assigned by the Legal Manager from time to time.about YOUGood written and verbal communication.Good interpersonal skills.Knowledge of all applicable Philippine laws, rules and regulations.High attention to detail and strong negotiation skillsAbility to prepare legal documentsMust have intermediate skill in performing researchExperience in case gathering, digest or analysisWith background in handling labor casesExemplifies customer service skillsResponsible and result – orientedTeam playerEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Degree in a program of study related to Political Science, Legal Management, Sociology or any related course.With at least 3 years related experience.Experience in the specific industry to which the employer belongs.about USJoin the team of the number 1 e-commerce delivery in Southeast Asia and get to meet Dynamic and excellence-driven individuals.The position will be reporting to BGC, Taguig City.Benefits of the position: Performance Incentive, HMO.
