Sales and Marketing Officer (BGC)

SUMMARY:

Responsible for driving sales and growing the business. Attracts clients and builds solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.At least 3 years relevant work experience in Sales & Mktg. or similar field preferred.Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.Strong organization and project management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide assistance to the Sales & Mktg. Head to develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.Arrange business meetings with prospective and existing clients.Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.Collate and maintaining client information in the database.Assist the Sales & Mktg. team in developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.Provide responses to customer inquiries in a professional manner.Provide daily support of business operations to customers.Prepare and deliver customer account reports in timely and accurate manner.

 Typically handles bigger clients and has larger network of partners/clients.
