Iloilo Accounts (Marketing)

To plan and/or strategize schemes on how to improve gross premiums written within the bounds of company’s underwriting regulations. To act as the bridge of communication between the agent and the Company. To assist agents with their everyday transaction (request/s for quotation, proposal, policy issuance, collection and marketing presentation) with the Iloilo Branch

RESPONSIBILITIES

Solicitation of New Business

Conducts Introduction to Pioneer and Marketing Presentations to clients in coordination with agents.

Account Servicing

Assists agents in all their requests for quotations and proposals.Coordinates requests of agents with Underwriters and monitors developments of the same.Monitors renewals of agents on a monthly basis.Follows up agents on confirmation of policies for renewal on a monthly basis.Ensures that all policies due for issuance by the Iloilo Branch to agents are issued/delivered promptly and are within the standards of the Company.Assists agents in claims settlement and ensures that these are settled according to the standards of the Company.

Proposal Preparation

Prepares proposals and forwards them to agents

Collection

Coordinates with Collection Department for remittances of agents.Monitors/Follows up payment of Accounts Receivable of Agents.

Recruitment of Agents

Identifies prospective agents from among own circle of influence and invites them to apply as agents with the company.Interviews and screens perspective applicants in accordance with guidelinesCoordinates with Agent Development & Servicing Department for processing of prospective agents’ license, ID, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of bachelor's degree course. Business related courses are preferred.Proficient in the use of Microsoft word and excel.With at least 2 years of experience, preferably in salesAbove average English communication skills both oral and written.
