Responsibilities of the role:

●       You will play a critically impactful role by working closely with our Quote-to-Cash stakeholders to understand time-consuming internal processes, identify areas for process improvement, and design scalable solutions that meet the needs of our business and will support our high growth

●       This role will work closely with the Enterprise Systems Managers and administrators, Quote-to-Cash leaders and business users on complex projects, system/process enhancements and will be responsible for defining, managing, implementing and optimizing Salesforce, Zuora and other internal applications.

●       Help troubleshoot issues reported by users and serve as the system and process SME.

●       Interact with cross functional business units to define requirements, understand impacts and complete GAP analysis for all systems within the Quote-to-Cash process

●       Work closely with Business Technology, Sales Operations, Deal Desk and Finance Leaders to define Quote-to-Cash systems strategy; enhance, optimize and scale systems within our ecosystem

●       document and develop high level, business processes flows, requirements and design document for new Quote-to-Cash business requirements

●       Help manage and improve system configurations, master data quality and data processing to ensure transaction and reporting accuracy.

●       Complete special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

●       5+ years of experience as a business analyst supporting Quote-to-Cash business processes and business systems

●       Prior ERP and/or other system implementation experience for the Quote-to-Cash process area

●       Experience with Salesforce, Zuora is highly preferred.

●       Strong familiarity with B2B and B2C quote-to-cash and Revenue recognition processes.

●       Strong project management, organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

●       Ability to work both independently or as part of a cross-functional team to collaborate on special projects and initiatives.

●       4-year degree BS/BA in a technical, business or similar work experience

●       Willing to work in US Pacific Time (graveyard)
