Job Requirement

1-year travel industry experienceExceptional English verbal and written communication skillsHandy with MS Windows and other computer applicationsCustomer service experience or customer service-oriented skills such as empathy, active listening, and resolution-minded aptitudeAbility to thrive in a dynamic environmentKnowledge in any of Perseus, Zendesk a plus

What your typical day will consist of:

Consult customers on products and services to provide the best solutions for their needs by a variety of communication channels that could include voice, email or chatAssist customers with travel reservations, cancellations, ticketing, and other travel-related concernsRespond and resolve inquiries with active listening – identifying additional needs and support any upgrades in products and servicesOpen and maintain customer accounts and informationPositively participate in company events, team activities, and continuous learning
