Industrial Engineer (Restaurant Systems Manager)

The Industrial Engineer (Restaurant Systems Manager) will be responsible in designing store models/layouts with the purpose of maximizing sales opportunities, increasing store productivity, eliminating wastefulness, reducing costs, while ensuring Jollibee quality standards are maintained.

Restaurant Model Optimization

Analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes, identifying value-added and non-value-added activities to solve design challenges.Works with different stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimization in store area and capex.Develops new store layouts or access points and tests them via simulations (computer and/or laboratory), actual store pilot and provides recommendations based on identified success measures.Drives boxeco (P&L) standards attainment of stores.

Restaurant Layout Administration and Compliance

Work with planning & design group to ensure all Jollibee layout (specially Kitchen) are compliant to existing design standards to ensure operations efficiency and attainment of design objectives.Coordinate with Operations and recommends solution for non standard layouts that will still effectively implement quality operating system.

New Restaurant Models Innovation

Develops and implements process improvements and technological upgrades.Conceive, design, test, and develop innovative solutions based on analysis and organizational objectives.evaluate and explore new and existing processes, equipment, and/or store models relevant to present or future needs of the business.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering.With at least 5 years related engineering experience.With experience with AutoCAD.In-depth understanding of lean concepts.Proficiency with analytical tools, workflow time study, and financial analysis.Advanced experience in using MS suite, including Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
